Collagen Stickz orders are packed within one business day of the order being received and are dispatched the following business day. We recommend customers create an Auspost account and set up delivery instructions for ‘Authority To Leave’ orders (use link below). Orders without Authority to Leave may require a signature at the delivery address. International orders will travel with a local carrier such as USPS. Collagen Stickz is not responsible for delays incurred by the carrier. All international orders are sent DDU (delivery duty unpaid). Some carriers may incur border charges to dispatch orders expediently with those fees required to be paid by the recipient before the order can be delivered.
